Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached. It is important to know that the company reserve the right to reject any item that goes against the criteria.

RETURNS:

The return is at the customer's expense, who will have to manage the shipment according to the following conditions.
The package must be properly wrapped and identified with the order number and the customer's name. In addition, the following shipping address must be indicated: Calle Margarita Nelken, 14, nave 2, 28830, San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.

The sender is responsible for covering the costs and risks related to the return of the product.

EXCHANGES:

In case you want to change the product for size reasons, you must return the unwanted product according to the detailed instructions. This part of the process is the responsibility of the customer as we have already detailed.

Once we receive this product we will proceed to send the desired size without any additional shipping cost.

We will create a new order with the new size desired, but please note that exchanges are only possible if the size you wish to receive is available!
